how the hell do you get the revolver in the sewer level?

my arms got stuck in the telephone pole, after i finally managed to land without dying... it took me like 9001 times

if you have infinite ammo, the toilet seat does not break. but somehow it meant that there is a urinal in both weapon slots, my character has 5 hands, i can see two of the same weapon( like holding two pistols) and the weapons stack on top of each other without switching or disappearing from my hand
