if ur lucky enough to get a large paddle and 24 ammo in extreme mode its a piece of cake for the achievement

this is my therory for 3million..... 3,000,000/10= 300,000...... so every golden gunshot combined with a 10,000$ bomb should take you 30,000 feet. start off with a big blast and use the missile to help for the first 30,000. Image what what would happen if you got 3 extra golden gun shots!
