The only way to change your stats is to equip different equipment. Some equipment gives bonuses or penalties to charisma.

the energy part is the worst
Check the FAQ. You'll find that the energy regeneration rate actually has a lot of good reasons behind it. The game would be very dumb without it.

Needs items in the shop that can be bought multiple times to increase happiness, because on my 3rd dog, i've already bought everything in the shop, so my dog gets sad quickly. These items would be like 'bone', or 'chew toy' costing $20-$100. There could also be a place to get loans if you run out of money. These would probably be at very high interest rates, but it would give a chance to people that don't want to sell items or retire their dog. Other than that, this game is just like the other greyhound tycoon games, except better overall.

Needs an 'Exit to Main Menu' button, 'New Game' button, and multiple save slots, other than that , and the inability to fire workers, great game!

it only took me 1 and 1/2 years to dispense revenge on a ghost ship that only destroyed some dinky fleet!
what is the difference between dynamite, powder, and cannon balls?
i belive the trade sydtem would be better listing the price of the item at that port/town or whatever you call it. this is similar in Caravaneer.
