there was once rumors of a highway man deep in the turtle peninsular, this dandy thief was none other than the turtle bandit! The bandit stole from the rich and gave to the poor turtles, just for it to be taken back the dandy thief did not like this. So one day he planed the ultimate turtle heist, a heist that would be near impossible, one that would require all of his skills, the stealing of the 1337 carrot diamond turtle without delay he started hunting for the best and brightest accomplices but he was shit out of luck and ended up on the road less traveled. Thus is the tale of the legendary dandy turtle highwayman.
