It's no problem for me, I love answering all questions! :) It's also why I opened a subreddit at http://www.reddit.com/r/idlecivilization/ in case you all want to discuss things in more detail and suggest new things
when you have totally conquer the cities on the map can you "refresh" and have newer/harder enemies?
You will have new cities (and harder cities but with better population) on your next colony. Stuff on the map scales with your glory.
