how can madagascar shut down airports if they don't have one?

While all that is good, Middle East is a good try too, its borders touch 5 countries, and after 10 days with sneezing i hit 7 countries in a blink of an eye, it also sends the most ships to Madagascar so best chance to infect the bastards.

1)Pick Virus. 2)Start in New Zealand, Cuba, or Greenland. If you do not start in one of these 3 counrties restart. 3)Sell starting symptoms, if any, and buy sneezing & coughing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4)Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once one other country is infected wait untill it has an infected population @ 8,000 and sell coughing. 6) Once that country has reached 30,000 infected sell sneezing. 7)Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards or is not infected until day 30, restart. 8)Buy coughing, sneezing and vomiting then, in order : fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity, after that if you have points and time left add what you like 10): Wait until everyone dies get your badge. dont forget to paste this comment to keep the stradegy alive

If Madagascar closes its shipyards or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. NEVER BUY ANY TRANSMISSION THINGS this does work!!
