a question about the workings of the game, I have two 400% epics on ww plus the 200% bonus, is the damage additive thus 1000% or 10x the damage, or multiplicative and 3200% or 32x the damage?

Some of the bonuses are multiplicative, some are additive. His DPS gear and his skill are multiplicative. A 400% DPS increase epic changes your multiplier to a x5, and a 200% DPS bonus gives you a multiplier of 3. So both pieces of gear and the skill are a x75 increase.
