Curse you nerdnook for creating towers called prawns and then making it impossible to win by just swarming with them!

Tip: You can prolong your combo swing by using another attack, for example if you press A twice and then use your upward slash, you can press A a final time and still execute the powerful combo swing. This is useful if you get the hang of it, + so others can see.

I wonder why he keeps picking up the sword again after casting? I mean, it's not as if he's ever going to use it...

Anyone but me try to use regular attacks on the first boss and proceed to get over 1200x combo without doing anything?

Some suggestion I feel would improve the game: A sound+music on/of switch accessible in game. Some way to control the hero, either by giving him a "patrol" area he stays inside, or something like the towers, highest hp, first, last, ect. Especially in survival mode, I keep wishing I had some way to go back to previous gathering areas, to find more iron or wood, so allowing you to click and return to areas you've already unlocked would be nice. I'm also not 100% clear on whether orb effects can stack, and how they do, it would be nice if that were explained somewhere, in addition to the stats. ex: two strike orbs grant 100% chance for +50%, two 50% chances they can occur together and stack, or if strike/flame orbs affect poison orbs.

Now, for the real question: Is it so much dumb luck that it appears to be skill, or is it so much skill that it appears to be dumb luck?

The Big Brother/Little Sister boss was by far harder than anything else, Ride and both forms of Baba were insanely easy. No matter what character combo I used, though the Big Brother would eat me every time. I tired various methods; focus the sister, spam debuffs and slow-kill the brother, but it all failed when he started casting Mortal Strike every second turn. Eventually I just sat in the training grounds until I was high enough to ignore everything.

They get replaced in the slots by relics, a useless card that does nothing but sells for 101 coins

They are not in the bazaar, they are rare cards like the weapons, but they cannot be won in slots (The developer is working on a system to give them out)

and for all those having trouble with the stumps, they work fine, but you have to leave the room to reset them, and not enter the circle until you put all 3 in

you can upgrade a card after completing all the quests (get 500 score) and paying 1500 electrum.

great game until i found a glitch, not sure how this happenned but as i moved into the area with commander poppet and tried to call in my favors, i called in the kitttin one and simultaneously talked to the guard, and something happened, i was then unable to call in the 2nd favor and complete the game, and i was unable to leave and try again
