Whenever I hit the rally button it is really weird. According to the villager actions bar I have 26 villagers, but when I hit rally only about 13 villagers go to the building (The only villagers that I can see in the town) and I am left with like 12 action points left. It's pretty annoying because I have to wait for the viillagers to walk all the way back to their houses again before I can make them do any more work. Is this a glitch or is my computer too slow or something?..
When you click on Rally, every villager who is on the map is flagged to Rally. So while you have 26 total villagers, it's likely that only 13 are currently outside walking around.
