my only gripe is with the lockpicks, they either cost us real money or the cost a fortune in online chash, now you say the lockpicks are cheap and i agree but I still can't get it because i am to young to own a credit card also i am not as stupid as to waste money on a GAME.

I cant seem to clear a skill slot, any help or is it a glitch?
