Ultimate boost last level reduces the multiplier to only 2X :( not 20 !

I have all rinona lvl 15 set, tied with all weapons also lvl 15 and I can not pass rioris... I have tried like 100 times already. Is it a bug?

Rioris hp:7000 atk:800 def:115 critical chance:8% weak:BLADE this is rioris' data. I think all rionana lvl 15 set can not pass rioris.I am sure all zaki set can pass it.
