Flavor text within between levels would be a great addition to give depth to the story and provide continuity between levels.

There are some really excellent and funny ideas here. I just wish the jumping control was a bit more polished.

Two issues: one is the lag, which needs to be addressed in platformer games where jumps are critical. The other is the level progression. I haven't played through the whole game but I find some of the first few levels more difficult than I expected.

Not my favorite game but definitely solid. Strong potential for a sequel here. Also, the music is perfect for this type of game.

The behavior and the interactions between the game elements are not explained, and there is a need to do that in this game because the game is not intuitive. I am not even sure what the goal is. In your instructions, what does "hold" mean? Where is the target area?

I do understand that this is a demo but I feel that the player should be able to enjoy an unlimited version of the game. Or maybe for the game not cut away and place a BUY ME screen in the middle of the game.

I like the effort. But I think the problem here is that the cake 'pieces' are difficult to see behind the pink background, and that time expires too quickly, especially for first time players.

I think the author/developer has to note something from the comments. A lot of people will be turned off by the political bias. In the end, as a developer, you have to understand that you are not making a game for a group of people, but you make a game for everyone to enjoy.

Good idea, bad execution. Needs a lot of balancing. Needs option for deck customization to reduce random factor. Going 'insane' is bears no serious consequences. Music could be better.

Needs a quick reference on monsters (of course on only those you've unlocked) The bestiary may be too long a read for most people looking for information on how to better play the game.

For the first boss, I actually let him pass through my defenses once. You just have to have enough mana saved. A couple of level six towers took him out on two passes, with some trenches.
