At some point of the game, chests are the only source of XP you get. Since they give a % of your XP as a reward, if you don't expend it and keep getting chests you'll multiply your money for a ridiculous ammount. I think quests should do the same thing as chests, give % of your current XP, otherwise they're useless 1 hour in to the run
