@Enderlook Hunker gives you +3 yes, there's probably another thing increasing your defense by +2, maybe adrenaline? I don't know if adrenaline affects defense throws, in any case adrenaline kicks in when you have no HP potions left, perhaps that's it!

I saw the update notes and just started laughing at the idea of the necromancer bringing dogs back just because he/she feels bad for the dogs and don't even want to use them to destroy the town

ok, there's a comment here saying that they missed a story trigger and have already injected WPA3 networks, I know I'm late but if anyone else has that same problem, you need to explore/extract the device on the network

fun game, the final boss was challenging (you'll need the max level railgun for this one) and the rest of the game was good! if you're looking for some tips: 1) flak "disrupts" enemies, so hit big ships with it to stop them form doing any real damage. 2) use the machinegun to clear small enemies that are too close to the city. 3) connect all your batteries and generators, or at least have 2 closed systems so your shields don't go down for too long. 4) big bullets recharge 100% of your energy, so if you're on top of a battery, drain all your energy into it before catching it. 5) always have your guns charged so you can use them at any time. I think that's it, great game!

I beat it in my first run, flashlight at 2,5 bars I was worried it would run out, but I didn't need to play the game multiple times to create a strategy investigator science style, I think I did well
