Ok, so I'm level 125 cursed golem and officialy death resistant...what next...do I have to die of the age or does the game have some ending?

Jesus! I loved the game at first, but now I'm stuck on the final boss for about 5 hours. The mother**cker just won't die. The a*hole summons the f*ckin obelisk an it's game over over and over again...it takes like a half an hour a fight...any tips what should I equip?
