down time at the worse possible time which causes everything to reset. Not spending another penny on this game until they fix that.

How do I swap out captains? I have a green one I'd like to swap with a blue. But, I don't see an option.

Why would you shut down a west coast server for maintenance at 6pm. I understand the owners are Chinese, but they aren't stupid. They need to work on that.
