Game comments and reviews

Heh, forgot to add that I absolutely adore the trusty, loyal, laughing pumpkin. My favorite comment was "The pumpking doesn't do manual labor." I'm not sure if that was intentional or not, but it certainly conveys a sense of the pumpkin's superiority. Well done!
Lovely game as always. The art, the story, the witty comments, all the little bits and pieces in the background, over all a wonderful, well thought out game, and a beautifully developed world. I loved being able to see all the little spirits, the statues and carvings, the phantom runes. The toothy imp did seem to be slightly out of place, and a bit detrimental to the game overall. Perhaps if it were limited to appearing in one area, and the colors were less saturated, were more toned down like the other spirits. That, and the odd contraption in the cave with the runes and numbers are the only criticisms I have. I eagerly await the next installment!

Beautiful game. The art was lovely, and the way you convey a sense of story and characters is original and well done. The scavenger hunting aspect is fun, and the progressive power ups keep it interesting and, for some, probably prevent rage quitting the mushroom hunt. I like that there were no bosses in this one, it was just a leisurely exploration game with no need for skills with aim or timing things. Very fun, and I look forward to the next!

Beautiful, beautiful game. The locations were original, yet cohesive, you could easily see them as individual parts of the same fantasy world. Very well thought out. The layers of animation is a great twist, giving a real sense of depth to the scenes that is easily lost with other games. The animation is great, and the profession of item huntress is a nice way to tie everything together. My favorite part has to be all the little things though, there is obviously a lot put into this. I just sat and watched pretty much everything, the various groups of people chatting and laughing in the inn, and the ninja stealing berries and kisses, and the program playing in the brainstorming room. It wasn't until the sea, with the masquerade feeling, that i realized it reminded me of the works of James Christensen, one of my favorite artists. You have a gorgeous world here, with a lot of potential. I eagerly await the chance to see more of it.

Thank you very much player2start. "I just sat and watched pretty much everything, " Wow really? Thank you for giving them your time. James Christensen. I have never heard of him. I just googled him and saw his work. A lot of jester-like characters. I can see why you'd say that. Thank you for visiting!

You know, this game really speaks to me. Everyone else in the world is going so fast, and has obvious direction, while I' move at the same old pace, listless and unsure of where I'm headed next. The bonds I form, some strong, mostly weak, are fleeting, temporary, cut off as others speed past me and I don't exactly know whether I should try to keep up or simply move on. Simple but complex, sad and poetic, you've done a beautiful job with this one. Thank you!

Beautiful game as always! I love that your protagonist has some attitude and a great, snarky sense of humor, and your commentary on testing things is always hilarious. Great graphics as well, and a storyline that's compelling instead of just an excuse to make puzzles is nice also. Reminds me of PastelGames point and clicks. Can't listen to the music unfortunately, but I'm sure it fits well. Looking forward to the next chapter!
Thank you very much for the thoughtful feedback! ^_^
