for some reason i'm unable to join an active game, only the andromeda galaxy is currently available, which apparently already ended. I suppose that's the reason people aren't able to build stuff in that server?

It should be possible to upgrade every unit once it reaches Lv. 7. especially the base should interesting regarding this
