Yeah, it's a pretty horribly designed game if you cant get past the loading screen to play.

This game has a serious problem with loading. Furthermore, it must not have an auto save because every time I reloggin, or refresh (as the comment above) I've lost progress and units. What makes me really mad, is when I first play a game, if I like it, I make the donation and buy the starter pack. Yes, I paid to play, and I was stung for it. DO NOT INVEST ANY MONEY IN THIS GAME ... THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE YOU WILL LOOSE IT!
