I press start game and the game won't start please help!! :/

problem with the game...won't let me click to continue...

pretty awful game, i cant even continue onto to play after it asks me to put my name in..

I have a bug - When i organised a galaxy run snowman run. I got disconnected before the fight, when i pressed to start (it was my crystal). As a result of the d/c, i didn't receive the reward and my galaxy members, say we managed to complete it. I lost over 2million army, didn't receive the res back from the run either, which i realise i should of. - Hopefully you can fix this so that no-one else has to go through this.

My heros won't go any higher then floor 1... This makes no sense. The exit is connected to the entry..
