what is the closed area on the right side of the lobby?

i just did every quest on the 2nd map area. killed all the bosses.. came back killed the beast.. what now? how is the 3rd area accessed?

how do you get to the third map area in the lower right hand side?

just caught a 33lb mega rare shapnose shark and that doesn't qualify?
