Nice game. Outstanding production values. Only complaint is that I got through the whole thing in 10hr or so of gameplay.

you can custom edit the galaxy, try one on a 25 or 50 system map... it's hard as hell at higher levels.

Figured it out -- fired heroes retain their experience.

When a hero is fired, does it lose all accumulated experience? That is, if re-hired later, does it start at level 1 again with 0 experience?
