is it just me or are thieves completely useless?

how the hell do i have the cheat menu from the start? i thought i need to finish episode 4 for that

regarding previous comment maybe as a penalty you can do something like "every time you make an alliance another army makes an alliance with an opponent" but they have to be alliances that makes sense (aka both kinds of elves instead of men of the west and demons)

great game. only suggestion i have for future games is as some said alliances. i wanna be the human kingdom and not have to kill men of the west
