So apparently Re-starting your game leaves you at the same panel caps as your last game?

Actually MattMaN It's 2/3 of the space you have is taken up by buildings. The best way to maximize that is to have your Sight score equal to about 2 times your land rating, allowing them to view half the field so that if they're on the end of your city they'll be able to see all the resources and collect them.

Kong should make a "Indestructible" tag for games like these!
