How do I get bones?

The specials are the only thing worth using. When those are not on you don't actually make any real money/followers.

I was messing around in excel to try and figure out how the price of each items costs. Can you list the formula here, for whatever reason I cannot determine how. For example, the leave seems to be an increase of ~60% each purchase but not exactly.. unsure why.

Exchange Market needs a shift click ability to buy/sell 10x/100x more.

Unsure if intended but are you supposed to be able to pause mid-way and add stuff? A few levels had extra placables as a result.
