I figured out what happened. If you place the hero close to where the mobs come in he will shoot them off the map and it triggers all waves to come at once.

LOL map 8 all the first three wave came normal then the last 8 cames at once. One hero and one poison tower took out 8 waves at once. Definately need to make some changes.
