How about making the xp gaining a bit higher at the xp bar? And you should make more items in the house such as, making it bigger, garden ect. Maybe make a map called "Garden" where you can buy seed n stuff, trees, bushes, flowers and so on ^^

Remove the interest or atleast put a limit on it, when you have like 100.000 in bank you get 2000 each 5 min. Also i think you should make it easyer to get xp when you reach the higher levels, it takes hours to get a level after the first 50 ;P And hats: Devil Horns, Mohawk, Troll-face hat (Make some kind of achievement to get it)
