How come everyone else is having problems and I aren't?

I like the fact that you can get more than one duck however when I unlocked the volcano level (I still have only one duck) the game ran REALLY slow. After about 30 mins of finishing it and making my own duck it crash and I couldn't go on it for a month. When I finally got back on (which is now) it hadn't saved it. Still really enjoyed the game though (Before the volcano level I got thought it fast so I don't know about the tedious messages)
