There is no glitch! If it's taking forever holding your breath, it's not stacked well enough, and that's that. Maybe you need to try a different approach to the level?

If the deep breath is taking you too long, it's because they're not balanced solidly enough. Hardly the game's fault.

Good concept for a game! I like it, but I feel like the learning curve takes a pretty steep jump at lvl 9. Also, I had an issue pausing (win XP, Google Chrome) but after I refreshed it was okay.
