I've been playing this game for awhile, but when it changed to Afterwind to ATwar. Many of my upgrades said they needed to be premium, now I can't get ANY of my SP. I got 15k but only 1.5k available to even use.

If you got too much silver, invest in your area. On the area menu (that you are in).
