Escape is so addicting. I've already pressed escape about 50 000 in this game alone (I've got a keystroke frequencies monitor). My highscore is 628. I find it easier when I'm focusing on something else and playing on "autopilot", this is how I've gotten 628. Well, that, and a lot of playing.

382 m! For the first 100 meters, when there isn't a lot of spikes yet, try to get what I like to call Turbo Mode: "Your jumps will have an extra boost if you jump while moving upward." Do high jumps (hold Esc longer) and bounce as soon as you hit the other wall to get to Turbo mode. There is a pretty low chance you will hit spikes at this height. You're doing it right if there's a purple trail behind you. This can get you to 100 m really fast. Then start playing technically and avoid spikes.

The laser is so annoying. Also I hate how the missles die so slowly when I destroy them with the pulse thingy. Great otherwise.

Not very nice animation, nothing unique. all enemies are very similar (all just move in your direction).

Not bad, but it needs tweaking and balance. When I mute the music, it should stay muted, but the music goes back on when I enter or leave a level/menu. Also, I had to play level 2 multiple times to earn the cash for a second turret, while I could do the next two levels without upgrading anything.
