Edit : refreshed the page and i got them

Just finished the daily task and i got the 2x King Shards but i can't see them on my hero list

I get Network connection error when i i finish the Frozen! event. So i press retry for 7+ times without results , so i refresh the page and i only lose food without getting rewards
