All of a sudden my 2 billion gems turned into -2 billion. Is there a way to fix it when reloading and refreshing the browser didn't work?

Cannot go west because of "the time of my device is modified externally". This message pops up on the main screen as well. Is there a fix to it?

Most of the times, the problem is fixed when you set the time on your device automatically (from a time server). If the problem is not solved, then please, check if you have the game open on a device with "wrong" time and fix the time. If, you still have a problem, please report it to our facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Wild.West.Saga) or to support@tamasenco.com. Sorry for this inconvenience jekki27, but we should use this check in order to avoid any exploit by changing the time forward and setting it back again.

After the game freezes here's the message that pops up: "An exception has occured, but exception handling has been disabled in this build. If you are the developer of this content, enable exceptions in your project's WebGL player settings to be able to catch the exception or see the stack trace". Hopefully this will be fixed, because the game has been crushing since the appearance of WebGL version.
