in the balcony room get the sad mask then once amos kills preacher take preacher's bones. Then go back to balcony and give dog the bone. Open chest and get yarn use yarn on mask and the demon wears the mask.

When you get the stone use it on the water near the stone skipper girl, then take her inhaler, afterwards leave and come back, she will then die, so pick up the stone and trade it to the merchant again, you will then get the "Ultimate Weapon" afterwards, trade the merchant the inhaler and get a spear.

Sorry to say, but the developers said there would be no CF3, maybe it could be made by someone else.
