It would be good if you good get an EXP bonus for getting ''brilliant'' on a level, because now you get the same amount of EXP for an ''excellent'' as you get for a ''brilliant'' even though ''brilliant'' is much harder.

you should get some sort of experience bonus for acheiving a brilliant rank, because now you get the same amount of experience for an excellent as for a brilliant.
