Possibly best way to get to level 20 really fast is to join group of people that are going on road across map. If there is no group call few people to come (more will come later for sure) and you will quickly be on EXP road ;)

If you want to beat power goblins, you just have to beat red one. Since he is isolated from other goblins, you can take fire spell and use it on him, then he will attack forward, and after you kill him you win.
