The images are covering the words (relationship,car,etc) so you cant see it after a while, are you able to fix that? Otherwise, good game!

It seems that once you reset, you get to keep the unlocked class (heavy infantry and healer), then shouldn't the upgrades be removed when you reset ?

Is there any way for us to trade faction coins? As once you join a faction, you really do not have use for the other faction coins?

Royal Exchanges are what you are looking for. Starting at 20 coins, you can buy a royal exchange (i.e. Fairy Exchange, Elven Exchange, etc) which will increase your overall production by 10%. The cost of each Royal Exchange increases progressively with each purchase.
