if you recruit rivals as masters, their skills can get up to level 30, and due to how the game works, you'll be able to also get it to level 30 once the rival reaches that level. Since rival masters have only 3 skills, you choose the one you need, but keep in mind that the skill closest to the left requires the rival to reach level 300 to reach level 30. 600 for the one in the middle and 900 for the one on the right

You get past the trigger trials by arranging your students tactics accordingly. Level 150 is much more than you need to complete the quest, so you should read the instructions on each trial more carefully, and act accordingly

I admit it's kinda weird when upgrading the poison mod it actually decreases the longevity do deal damage faster instead of the standard increasing longevity to deal more damage in total
