I just lost all my progress including the cloud. Any idea why?

I exported my save to the cloud but when i tried to import it, it just deleted itself. Any idea why or how to find it again?

I'm stuck. The only puzzles left are the four numbers and the four arrows, both in the last room to the right. Idk if i'm dumb, or if it's something completly oblivious, but i cant' progress from this point.

Starring a level should give some exp reward, right now there is no reason to achive the perfect.

Rigth now the workshop is waste of time, getting the equivalent of 50 gems only to skip 1 upgrade at game start it just seems unfair considering the amount of effort you need. Some options to improve it could be or drop the price of the workshop or that 1 workshop upgrade equals a bunch of in-game upgrades. And perhaps the workshop upgrade shouldn't count towards the in-game shops price increase

shame that the breakfast challenge doesn´t recognize my keyboard and I can´t write a single letter

it's me or the insane dificult is easier than the original?
