How long does it take support to respond to a ticket?? I opened one on the 22nd via email as recommended. Got the auto response so I know you received it.

This is some top lvl BS. Now my game has full reset and I lost all the bells I paid for. -5 stars.

It's still in alpha so there might be some game breaking bugs we haven't found yet - but we're happy to restore any purchases you made and add extra to make up for the loss of progress. Just email support@sadpandastudios.com with your SPS ID and info (the ID is found on the settings popup)

Yes, it says v0.66 there. Latest versions of chrome, flash, etc.

I can't nap and the timers aren't running since the update. The heart/lvl button at the top doesn't work either.

Have you refreshed the page since the new update? Like, it says "v.0.66" in the top left?
