Can't play, got grey screen that reads "connection has been reset" (in chinese), please fix this problem!!!

use arrow keys to move!? bull!!! I press left it doesn't move, i press right it doesn't move either, or it just keeps going and won't stop... control malfunctions. Get it fixed or pick some other game for the quest plz
