How come I am not getting any stars for completed the last level without losing a life and can't unlock the heroic/Iron stage too?

To beat the unidentified creatures. Use 2 lines of snipers and 3 lines of green giants. use wind to increase their speed. With this setup, even the green boss is just a push over.
