How to unlock floor 2 ?

Seriously I don't get it: I'm at 42%, I have achieved most of it on floor 1, before doing these 4 in order: 13 - go to the store 26 - touch the purchase button 20 - actually buy the upgrade 27 - press the purchase button again But floor 2 is still locked !!! what is going on here...

Is this a bug ? I cannot unlock floor 2 ! Even after purchasing the level pack in the floor 1 shop, the locks at the top of the screen remain there... Am I missing something ??

Unlocked 35th customer at day 59, got 17 gold customers already, 9 silver, 5 bronze... Keeping going...

Is it normal that at level 50 you cannot let a single villager escape ??? I have "trap Pit" level 3, so only 3 villagers can go off the screen, after that, it's game over... As if the game wasn't hard enough... Besides, a nice tip: (becomes really useful in 40+ levels) - upgrade the cage to max level - ingame, select the cage spell - target a house - drop the cage, and when it is just about to hit the ground, pick the house --> all the immediate villagers in the house get caught in the cage This is espically useful when you have like 4 rocket jacks + 4 running quraterbacks when you lift the house
