We should be able to spectate in Full games. Like if you want to join a game, but it is full, There should be another button saying "Spectate?" And you can watch the game until it is finished and you will join in afterwards if someone leaves the game.

Adding on to ILykPies post, I think it can benefit everyone also if you can buy some Skins with fame, since Fame is pretty much useless. But then everyone will be hoarding fame for Skins and everyone would have skins. So, make them expensive+The Class Quest Thing.
