Click on paper, click on "About Item", click on the CD while viewing the paper and click on the paper to place it on the paper, then select the pen and click on the CD+Paper.

Oh! Ad while you have the cube in the machine, feed the paper in above the warning sign and hit start.

When you're looking at the table, click off to the left to find the CD. Nothing to do with it as far as I can tell...
