Anybody figure out how to fix the no-spawn issue?

Very nice game - one of the best idle games yet - great balance on mechanics, upgrades and cost/reward.

Great game. Would like to see it get harder as you progress - it's too easy to beat on later levels, especially when you can buy the pre-run cheats like double speed, which makes it impossible to lose.
