why are items that iv found during quests not showing in my inventory???

tis a quality rpg, one of the best if not the best on kongregate xD... whens the next one hahahaha need to finish story haha

best weapon in the game is the auto shotgun, after using it i found it impossible to use any other, hit like a truck and like every thing at one :) it is a must have!!!!!!!!!
