Found a Ribbon, "Legion d'Honnour" Makes French Resistance Fighters start with 100 hp instead of 75, get it by getting a french resistance soldier to Officer.

This game is rather a poor example of the Three Kingdoms Era mate, granted it's better than i could ever do but please do read up on Locations, officers, and even the standard colors for three kingdoms, Shu = Green, Wu = Red, Wei = Blue
