I can't choose the yes on new game.... never played this before, it just won't let me press yes...

Hi, the game is not saving my progress at all, I have turned off all my pop-up blockers etc and even tried on 2 other internet browsers (Firefox and internet explorer) I am really enjoying the game but for it to not save my progress is frustrating and I know I will eventually lose interest in the game even though it is addictive, any advice on this would be most appreciated, TIA x
