Man has been 4 days since the last day I played the game...I can't play because is not connecting

Today the game is not connecting

I have a question...you quit the damage uprades of gunners and bombardiers? For example: At level 3 of bombardier factory that give the first uprade, today it didn't show up...it's almost level 10 and did't show up the uprade

In this game I am not progressing, contrary to that, every time I improve something, the game is slower and slower.
